Tenderloin Filet

One of the more prized cuts of beef, the Tenderloin is just what its name implies: tender. Ideal for grilling or roasting, this cut is known for the classic dishes it inspired like beef Wellington, or filet mignon.

Rib steaks, or Rib Eye, are some of the most well marbled cuts of beef. With a rich beef flavor, the rib is ideal for grilling or a dry heat roast in the oven to bring out the best in this tender cut. 

Texas (NY) Strip

 A steakhouse classic and one of the most popular beef cuts, the Striploin Steak, also known as a New York Strip Steak, is tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor. A well marbled cut, the Striploin Steak shines when it’s grilled to perfection with some light salt and pepper. 

Tomahawk Ribeye

Rib steaks, or Rib Eye, are some of the most well marbled cuts of beef. Sometimes called Culotte, or Top Sirloin Cap, the Picanha is a very popular cut of beef, especially in Latin cultures. This cut is ideal for the grill and provides a tender, juicy, beefy eating experience. 

short ribs

Beef short ribs are a cut of beef taken from the chuck, plate, or rib area of the cow. They are characterized by short pieces of rib bone surrounded by meat. Short ribs are known for their rich, beefy flavor and are often cooked low and slow, like braising, to tenderize the connective tissue.

While they can be grilled, the Chuck cuts do best when cooked low and slow in a moist heat. Great for pot roast and slow-cooker recipes, the Chuck offers up a rich beefy flavor in a value priced package.
